E3 was built on a solid foundation of experienced LEED accredited design and construction professionals that are industry leaders and at the cutting edge of energy efficiency and building technology. We are a powerful blend of uniquely talented staff that manages all aspects of a building project.
We focus on creating solutions crafted to meet the specific needs of each client and project, as they are each unique. Team members are assigned to each project by E3’s principals: John Richards, PE, LEED, Tad Latuszek, AIA, LEED, Bruce Walter, ET, LEED and Mark Perry, LEED.
E3’s Directors are skilled at securing (a) grants & bonds, (b) utility incentives & rebates (c) low-interest project financing; establishing & achieving (d) short & long-term project goals / objectives; (e) planning, design & engineering, (f) project & construction management. E3’s Directors are actively involved on each project from concept to completion.
E3 provides a Project Manager responsible for all aspects of planning, scheduling, work in progress, client relations, budgeting, invoicing, reports, and liaison responsibilities for each individual project. Based on the needs of the specific client, each Project Manager organizes the members of a project team to ensure completion of each specific task within the project.
E3’s team approach results in projects completed in an efficient, cost-effective and timely manner with a high quality of work.
